Trust Center Updates
Upcoming addition of Langfuse as a subprocessor
vPlan is introducing new AI-powered functionality. As part of this functionality, we intend to use Langfuse for monitoring and observability purposes, including the monitoring of performance, reliability, and usage of AI features.
Langfuse will formally become a subprocessor when the relevant AI functionality is released.
Langfuse will only process customer data in connection with the use of AI functionality within vPlan. Customers who do not use AI functionality will not have their customer data processed by Langfuse for this purpose.
